NUOTO Project
New materials with Ultra high k dielectric constant for tomorrow's wireless electronics.
The NUOTO project is a sister project to 3D-DEMO. The co-inventors of the chemical beam epitaxy deposition technique are both partners in NUOTO. The purpose of NUOTO is to demonstrate multifunctional properties of new dielectric ceramic, the calcium copper titanate, CaCu3Ti4O12 (CCTO), thin films and proposes to apply them to demonstrate electronic devices for novel industrial applications.
Nanotechnology Homepage of the European Commission (FP7)
The Nanotechnology Homepage of the European Commission provides an overview of nanotechnology related activities at the European Commission. It highlights elements specifically relevant to nanotechnology in Europe such as the European strategy and the Action Plan, projects and funding opportunities in the Framework Programmes and related publications and events.
European Integrated Activity of Excellence and Networking for Nano and Micro-Electronics Analysis
ANNA is an Integrated Infrastructure Initiative (I3) structure supported by European Commission. An objective is to offer the research community Transnational Access to infrastructures.

The ANNA consortium has characterised thin film samples for 3D-DEMO.
